Convert CSV to KML
Put survey points, asset lists or any coordinate table onto Google Earth without copying rows into placemarks by hand.
Upload one .csv,.tsv file.
How this conversion works
Spatial rows are created from a coordinate pair or WKT geometry and reprojected from the selected source CRS to KML's required WGS 84.
CSV has no native geometry or CRS. Spatial conversion depends on coordinate columns (longitude/latitude or easting/northing) or a WKT geometry column and on the correct source CRS.
What the KML result contains
KML is written in WGS 84 for Google Earth. You can map suitable attributes to the visible placemark name and description; other attributes remain ExtendedData where supported.
Check before you use the result
- CSV carries no CRS, so selecting the system used by the coordinate columns is essential.
- Rows with missing or non-numeric coordinates cannot become placemarks; validate column names and values before conversion.
GeoVerto reports the detected format, feature count and coordinate-system evidence before starting the job. Treat a low-confidence or missing CRS as a data question to resolve, not a value the converter should silently guess.
