Convert GeoJSON to CSV
Flatten feature properties into a table that can be opened in Excel, LibreOffice or a data-analysis workflow.
Upload one .geojson,.json file.
How this conversion works
Each feature becomes a row and its properties become columns. Point coordinates can be written as X and Y in WGS 84.
GeoJSON stores geometries and properties in one readable JSON document. It is excellent for web maps, but unlike a GeoPackage it is not designed as a multi-layer spatial database.
What the CSV result contains
CSV keeps attributes in ordinary columns. Point geometry can be expressed as X and Y columns; lines and polygons do not fit into one coordinate pair and therefore need a different target when geometry matters.
Check before you use the result
- Line and polygon geometry cannot fit into a single coordinate pair; choose GeoPackage if geometry must remain intact.
- Nested objects and arrays may be serialised because CSV has no nested value type.
GeoVerto reports the detected format, feature count and coordinate-system evidence before starting the job. Treat a low-confidence or missing CRS as a data question to resolve, not a value the converter should silently guess.
